What is your financial framework?
We take no upfront costs. Projects get billed weekly based on progress. We pride ourselves on completing as much as possible daily.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we are a licensed and insured Tennessee general contractor. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide certificates on request before any work commences.
How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?
A standard down-to-studs kitchen runs 8–12 weeks once we break ground. Whole-home renovations typically run 6–12 months depending on size and scope of work. Every project is different.
What about a warranty?
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on every project, plus pass-through manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment. We answer the phone after the project's done.
